By accessing or using the CryptoVault Pro platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and CryptoVault Pro ("Company," "we," "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

To access the Platform, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
The Platform provides cryptocurrency investment services including but not limited to investment plans, deposits, withdrawals, and referral programs. Investment plans offer projected returns that are subject to market conditions and platform performance.
Important: All investments carry risk. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose entirely.
Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation by the blockchain network and approval by our team. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and processing times. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply as displayed on the Platform. Network fees and transaction costs are the responsibility of the user.
We are committed to complying with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Users may be required to provide identification documents and undergo verification processes. Failure to complete KYC requirements may result in restricted platform access.
Users are prohibited from using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, circumventing legal restrictions, creating multiple accounts, using automated systems without authorization, and any other illegal or unauthorized purposes.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by CryptoVault Pro or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any Platform content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoVault Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoVault Pro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
